How do cake pops come packaged?

Cake pops are packaged laying flat in a windowed pastry box. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to:

  • Individual cellophane bags with gold ties, or
  • A windowed cake pop carrier (for flat-style cake pops only), which also doubles as a display stand.

When you’re ready to serve, just pop out the side tabs, lift off the top, and insert the tabs back in to convert it into a stand!

Do cake pops need to be refrigerated?

Cake pops can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

Note: Refrigeration may cause condensation when brought back to room temperature, which can affect custom designs or decorative details.

Do you cater to food intolerances or allergies?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific food allergies. All items are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to, gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, and eggs. Products may contain or come into contact with any of these allergens.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your scheduled pickup. Once your order details are finalized, you’ll receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link. See our Terms of Service for full payment policies.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! You can choose colors, flavors, and add-ons for most items. Additional customization, like themed designs, large quantities, or specialty packaging, may be available for an added fee. Just let us know what you have in mind!

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance, or 4 weeks in advance around holidays or busy seasons. For large or custom orders, even more notice is appreciated to ensure availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate you. If you need something quicker, reach out to us and we’ll see how we can help!

Do you take last-minute orders?

We try our best! Last-minute orders (less than 7 days’ notice) are accepted based on availability and may incur a rush fee.

How should I store my treats before serving?

Most treats should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If you need to store them longer, refrigeration is possible, but may impact decorative details due to condensation.

Do you offer event packages or bulk pricing?

Yes! We love working with events, from birthdays and weddings to showers and corporate gifts. Bulk pricing may be available depending on quantity and design complexity. Reach out to chat about your event needs.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • Cancellations 7+ days before pickup: possible minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of pickup: fully non-refundable, as materials and time are already committed.

See our Terms of Service for full cancellation details.
